A clear process, from the first message.
Every consultation follows the same four steps, online or on-site.
How it works
Share
Tell us about the property and send what you have: plans, photographs and the location.
Review
Your plans are studied against traditional Vastu principles before we speak.
Consult
A call, video meeting or site visit to walk through the findings and your questions.
Follow through
A written summary with priorities, and a route for follow-up questions.
Principles
- Tradition, stated plainly
- Consultations apply traditional Vastu Shastra. We describe it as a traditional discipline and never as a guarantee of results.
- Your plan first
- Every review starts from your own plan, plot or premises, not a generic checklist.
- Priorities over lists
- Observations are ranked so you can act on what matters and leave what is minor.
- Practical before structural
- Room use, furniture and small adjustments come first. Construction is suggested only where it is worth it.
- Beside your professionals
- Advice sits alongside your architect, engineer and lawyer, and never replaces them.
Where Vastu ends and other professionals begin
A Vastu consultation does not cover:
- Title, ownership and legal due diligence
- Structural design, safety and statutory approvals
- Valuation, price forecasts and investment advice
- Medical, financial or personal guarantees of any kind
For these, speak to a property lawyer, a licensed architect or engineer, or a financial adviser. A consultation helps you ask them the right questions.
Discuss your property with an experienced Vastu consultant.
