What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp or send the enquiry form we receive the details you give: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city, the kind of property, an optional note and an optional email address. If you share floor plans or photographs, we receive those too. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or other financial information.
The enquiry form also records the page you sent it from and, if present, campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source). It does not record your IP address in the enquiry.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare your consultation
- To keep a record of the consultation and any follow-up you ask for
- To understand which pages bring enquiries, using counts that carry no personal details
We contact you for marketing only if you have asked us to.
WhatsApp and email providers
Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Enquiries from the form are delivered to us by an email service provider. We do not sell your details.
Floor plans and property details
Plans and photographs are used only to prepare your consultation. They are not published, and we do not use them as examples without your written permission.
Analytics
We may use a cookieless analytics tool that counts visits and button clicks. It does not store personal details such as names or phone numbers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the consultation. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70144 90069. We will act on valid requests as the law requires.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and show the date above.
