When to consult

What is reviewed

• Direction the flat faces and where its main door opens
• Position of the kitchen, toilets, master bedroom and pooja space in the plan
• Tower position within the project and the unit's position within the floor
• Balconies, open areas and the central zone of the flat
• Room use and furniture placement where walls cannot move

What to prepare

• The unit's floor plan, with room names and dimensions
• The project's master plan showing tower and unit position
• The unit number and floor, and which direction the main door faces
• Photographs of the flat if it is already built

What you receive

• A written summary of observations for the unit
• A comparison of units if you are choosing between them
• Practical arrangements for rooms and furniture that do not need structural change
• A discussion of your questions, online or on-site

Online and on-site

Online

Unit plans and the project's master plan are reviewed remotely, with a call to discuss options. Many apartment reviews are done this way.

On-site

A visit to the flat or the show unit, subject to location and scheduling.

Where Vastu ends and other professionals begin

• Structural walls, plumbing shafts and the entrance cannot be changed in most apartments, and nothing here recommends altering them.
• Society rules and sanctioned plans apply to any internal change.
• A Vastu review does not replace a legal check of the project's approvals and registration.
