For most flats and floor plans, the plan carries the information the review needs. Where slope, surroundings or access matter, as with plots and villas, a site visit adds detail and we will say so.
Do I need to know the north direction?
It helps. If you are unsure, share the location pin and photographs, and note which way the main door faces. The direction can usually be established from these.
Is online Vastu suitable for NRIs and overseas clients?
Yes. Plans, photographs and a video call work across time zones, and many reviews for properties in India are done for owners living abroad.
